What you need to know...

All consultations are held via Zoom video and ongoing support via phone and email (which ever you choose) so it does not matter where in the UK or world you are based.

Depending on the amount of support you feel is right for you, I will coach you every step of the way. My job is to give you the confidence and the knowledge to get your child sleeping soundly. I will regularly assess and continually adapt your plan as I coach you through your sleep journey.

My mission is to make sure that your plan is always the perfect fit for your unique family. The duration of these plans will run between 2-4 weeks based on your parenting style and your child’s needs.

These packages are suitable for children from birth-6 years.

NEW BABY SLEEP SHAPING PACKAGE

This package is designed for little ones under 18 weeks and includes a video consultation, a bespoke plan and 4 coaching emails to help establish healthy sleeping habits, cues and routines from birth.

Please contact me direct to book this package in. Home visits can be arranged and priced based on location.

Plan and Consultation Only

Suitable for families with a straight forward sleep issue (for example a plan to drop night feeds) who want to implement a sleep plan independently and require information only (additional support calls can be added as required).

Coaching Package 0-6 years

What you’ll get

  • Free Introductory call.
  • Comprehensive assessment of what’s currently happening in the bigger sleep picture (including health, feeding and sleep timings, evening routine, family dynamics, other children and their needs to be factored in, parents and their requirements e.g. work demands and so on).
  • Unique personality assessment of your child.
  • Sleep time and settling assessment.
  • Bespoke sleep plan for your child and family (this is updated regularly to ensure we are always meeting your child’s specific needs).
  • Zoom video consultation.
  • Consultation recording to keep.
  • 2 weeks of daily call/email support (weeks 1 and 2).
  • 2 x emails/voice notes (weeks 3 and 4) to support you while you navigate life and any sleep challenges that crop up (illness, teething, developmental leaps etc).

Results Package 0-6 years

What you’ll get

  • Bespoke sleep plan for your child and family (this is updated regularly to ensure we are always meeting your child’s specific needs).
  • Zoom video consultation.
  • Consultation recording to keep.
  • In-person evening support and coaching.  (I will come to your house early evening to meet your family and little one in person. I will then stay for your bedtime routine and most importantly be there to coach and support you through your first bedtime settle and any other night waking’s and challenges up until 10pm.)
  • 2 weeks of daily call/email support (weeks 1 and 2)
  • 4 x emails/voice notes (weeks 3 and 4) to support you while you navigate life and any sleep challenges that crop up (illness, teething, developmental leaps etc).

Overnight Support Package 0-6 years

What you’ll get

  • Free Introductory call.
  • Comprehensive assessment of what’s currently happening in the bigger sleep picture (including health, feeding and sleep timings, evening routine, family dynamics, other children and their needs to be factored in, parents and their requirements e.g. work demands and so on).
  • Unique personality assessment of your child.
  • Sleep time and settling assessment.
  • Bespoke sleep plan for your child and family (this is updated regularly to ensure we are always meeting your child’s specific needs).
  • Zoom video consultation.
  • Consultation recording to keep.
  • 1 x night of in-person support and coaching. I will come to your house early evening to meet your family and little one. I will then stay for the first night to coach and support you through settling while encouraging you to make positive new sleep associations with your child along with crucial mindset coaching to ensure you can confidently and lovingly settle your child moving forward.
  • 2 weeks of daily call/email support (weeks 1 and 2)
  • Further two weeks of email/voice note support (weeks 3 and 4)

Sleep Training FAQ

Many people mistakenly believe that sleep training involves leaving babies to cry. However, that is not the case. Responsive sleep training focuses on supporting babies and children, meeting ALL their needs including those for comfort, and helping them achieve their optimal sleep at each stage of their development.

What if sleep training doesn't work?

Parents play a huge role in the success of this process. Your commitment and follow-through are necessary for success. If you can work through the process under close guidance from me, you will reach your goal. If I see any reason to suggest your child may need a different type of expertise, I will discuss this with you after going through your assessment form.

How long does sleep training take?

Sleep training is a behavioural intervention that can yield positive results in just a few days for some babies and children. Others may require more time. Factors such as your child’s temperament, the approach chosen, consistency and adjustments made along the way all contribute to achieving the best results.

Will my baby cry during sleep training?

I do not endorse ‘Cry it out’- this involves leaving a child in a room and not ever responding at all. This is cruel and unnecessary. However, when we introduce changes to the current sleep routine and help your little one learn new skills, initial frustration may lead to crying. It’s important to remember that crying does not always mean distress. It can mean hunger, a dirty nappy and overtiredness to name a few. Its your babys way of communicating a need to you. Rest assured, I will guide you in understanding your baby’s cries, identifying their needs, and providing appropriate responses. No cries will be ignored. Your baby will always feel loved and responded to.

Are the results of sleep training long-lasting?

With my comprehensive coaching packages, you’ll gain the essential tools to confidently navigate your child’s sleep journey going forward. As your child grows and develops, various factors such as teething, illness, travel, developmental leaps, and future schedule changes may pose potential setbacks to their sleep. However, armed with the skills acquired during our time together, you’ll be equipped to handle any challenges that arise, ensuring that your hard work remains intact and your child’s sleep stays on track.
